Every closing is awesome, but this one is especially near and dear to my heart. As her former neighbor I got to watch this girl right here graduate from High School with honors, kick butt at UC Berkley, become an RN at a prestigious local hospital and now buy her very first home. All at the age of 23. I am so proud of her and honored she chose me to help her in this journey!
